Here's how to use it:


1- Go to the site http://cer.opda.cn/ Click - English

2- Register if you don't have OPDA account



3- After Registering you must login

4- Request your cert





Write for the phone number 13123456789


5-Wait from 6 to 12 to 24 to 48 hours until you can download your cert. & key



Use signer given here to sign ur sis files with ur certificate and key provided by opda. also left key password blank when signing ur files
